Our practice focuses on estate planning: from basic estate plans, consisting of simple wills and revocable living trusts, to complex estate and business planning and wealth management. Probate avoidance, estate tax reduction, and establishing domicile for new residents of Florida are a common part of our everyday practice. Our peripheral practice areas are "diverse," and include real estate law, probate and trust administration, guardianship, multistate and international tax, litigation and trial, securities laws, fraud, corporation and partnership laws, and state and federal tax law, among other practice areas.

Our staff of attorneys, certified public accountants, tax accountants, and legal assistants encourage you to evaluate our capabilities and focused solutions to client legal problems and needs. Initial consultations are generally offered without obligation in our Jupiter or Stuart, Florida offices. Our clients are concentrated in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Stuart, Tequesta, Hobe Sound, and Vero Beach. Though they are generally South Florida residents for state income tax purpose, the majority of our clients are multistate residents who have homes throughout the United States and in foreign countries.
